Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for an ASP.NET Zero purchase. It is part of our End User License Agreement (EULA) and applies to every purchase made through aspnetzero.com.
30-day money-back guarantee
To prove our confidence in the product and its value to you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ASP.NET Zero is not a fit for you, send us an email within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full amount you paid. This applies even though the license includes the full source code and you have already downloaded it. You don't have to tell us the reason, but we'll be grateful if you would let us know, as it helps us better understand the needs and expectations of our customers.
What is covered
The guarantee covers new license purchases of every plan, Regular, Enterprise and Ultimate, including the licenses that come with the full source code. It applies to the payments you make with a credit card through our payment gateways and to the payments you send by bank wire transfer, and we refund the full amount you paid.
What is not covered
The refund option is available only for new license purchases, so license renewals and upgrades are not covered. Custom work based on ASP.NET Zero, like consultancy, custom development, training and similar services, will not be refunded in any case. To prevent abuse of the refund system, a second refund is not allowed either. That means, if a customer gets a refund after their first purchase, a later refund request of the same customer will be denied.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used for the purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your order or transaction number so we can find your payment quickly. We review refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the full amount of the purchase. Depending on your bank and payment provider, it may take a few more business days until the refund appears on your statement. Refunds for payments made by wire transfer are sent back to the account the payment was made from.
After a refund
Once your refund is issued, your ASP.NET Zero license is terminated. You agree to immediately stop using ASP.NET Zero and to destroy all copies of the source code and related material supplied under the license. Your access to the private source code repository, to Power Tools and to premium support ends with the refund, as described in the EULA.
Payments and refunds processing
Payments on aspnetzero.com are processed by our payment providers. The refund is requested from us and processed through the same provider that handled your original payment. Value added tax (VAT), where it was added to your total, is refunded together with the purchase amount. If you only need to reclaim VAT on a payment you keep, see the VAT instructions in our F.A.Q.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you additional or non-waivable rights, those rights apply.
